We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities -
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees - Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments - Assist with vendor management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining relationships with suppliers - Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure necessary repairs or replacements are made - Support team members with administrative tasks as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
