We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asphalt paving and seal coating and be confident in preparing accurate, competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit bids for asphalt paving and seal coating projects
• Conduct site visits and takeoffs to ensure accurate estimates
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the bidding process

Requirements:
• Proven experience in estimating asphalt paving and seal coating jobs
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
