Project Type: Launch of "River Birch Builders", a brand focused on Community Development, New Home Building, and Existing Home Renovation-Selling

Special Feature: The River Birch Builders name was created in 2021 and was launched with a primary focus of building Speculation Homes and Community Development. "River Birch is the same company and same team as JDL", and purpose was to create a new brand for our pursuits in the "build-renovate-sell market".

Special Feature: JDL, founded in 2006, was launched with a primary focus of building additions and performing home renovations. Over the past 17 years JDL and team have built hundreds of additions, garages, decks, and renovated many "kitchens - bathrooms - and entire homes". Over the years, JDL has mastered the art of the home renovation and continues to be committed to the craft.

Project Type: United Framing, a division of JDL Building since 2009

Special Feature: United Framing was launched in 2009 when JDL secured its first commercial wood framing project at the Rivers Woods expansion in Exeter, NH known as the Boulders. Since 2009 United Framing has assembled teams of employees specializing in the framing and exterior finishes of residential homes, multi residential & and commercial buildings. United Framing carpenters have framed over 300 homes since our inception. We are proud of the hardwork and commitment to the framing craft by our carpenters over the years, and thankful for our many clients!

Special Features: Fit-up of a 3,600 SF dental office consisting of a Reception Area, 4 Treatment Rooms, 3 Hygienist Rooms, Sterilization Room, Panoramic Xray Room, Dental Lab, staff areas, and offices.

Project Type: Volunteer based Universal Design/accessibility upgrades to a mid-1700s home

Special Feature: JDL Building participated as the general contractor on a volunteer basis, and assembled charitable teams of trade partners and vendors to deliver all phases of the project.
