Supervisor and Team leader:
, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Driving crew to designated work areas, ability to operate all equipment, performing equipment maintenance, filling out time sheets, maintain excellent communication with crew and upper management, training new members, time management, motivating crew, providing care of vehicles (gassing up truck, keeping clean, checking oil and tires/gauges), plus assisting crew with basic duties described above, ability to drive truck with trailer/dump truck, etc.
