Out of sight, out of mind……I guess!!!!😡

This was a original to the building when it was constructed in Austell, GA.. An original building curb was not anchored down to the roof but only held in place by tar sealant! 😳 If we had a tornado, this RTU would be ripped right off the roof! Unbeknownst to us, the ductwork was an attached to the second curb, and the second curb glued down to the original roof curb!!! Luckily as we were in process of lifting the old curb adaptor, our guys noticed the roofing starting to go with it and stopped the lift immediately! LWho does this????

Then we noticed the large gaping holes in the roof around the ductwork that was never patched! The proper way is to cut exact holes for the ducts to pass through or to patch it. Another slam bam take your money Mam type job!

We then cut down the duct work to the original curb height, then installed the new curb adaptor. We made sure the outside air never penetrated through the curb adaptor, or between the curbs or RTU.

This is why Commercial Building Owners need to have Professionals working on their buildings and maintaining them and not just shop for Price!!! Commercial Roof leaks are costly both to the owner and tenants!!! 😉

We save our Customers BIG BUCKS 💵!

A service valve port was leaking Refrigerant around the base and the system held 16 lbs. of refrigerant. Instead of recovering the refrigerant and billing the customer for more time we made an efficient repair. Instead of recovering Refrigerant, brazing in a TEE service valve or just a port, we brazed in a Saddle Valve Port under pressure! Not losing a drop of refrigerant only adding what was lost due to a leak. This takes SKILL not to melt the Copper pipe and blow the whole Refrigerant charge!!! We only added 3 lbs of Refrigerant! Repair done within an hour!
That’s working smart and efficiently to save the Customer money!💵

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This Customer had not one but 5 Heating & Air Companies out to fix their system in Dallas, Georgia!! A 2000 Square foot home with 9’ ceilings and vaulted ceilings, was originally installed with a 3.5 Ton system! What’s even worse, a Company sold them an unecessary dehumidification system that had to be at least another $3-4K!!!😳
A properly designed HVAC system is a DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM!!!!!!

The hand sketch drawn is pretty close to how this system was installed! Like a total 💩 show!!! 😡

The supplies added in the kitchen and dining area of this home was different sized registers and nothing aligned or uniform!!! I didnt want to take a picture it was sooo bad!!!

Another Company changed out the system to install a 5-ton system. That part was OK, However the duct design was horrendous! They still had 3.5 tons worth of return air duct. It was so bad that one return air duct was right next to the return plenum and some company installed a 25’ section of duct wrapped around a truss, 360 degrees!!! You can’t make this stuff up!!!
It was so bad the TEL of the system was almost 150-200’ because of the twists and turns of the ductwork!!! It was the worst we have ever seen!
The system had 7 EWC zoning dampers and we reduced it to three!!!!
We literally removed almost $1500 worth of ductwork material and EWC Zoning dampers. This Customer was charged by the previous and last company over $5000.00 and the house could not get below 76 degrees in the Summer and not over 69 degrees this past Winter. They have 2 small children too!!!!

For the life of me, a Contractor with half a Brain 🧠 couldn’t have done work this bad!!!! The license holder should have been reported to the State Licensing Board who originally installed this system!!!

Not only was the EWC static pressure bypass was installed wrong, we re-done the entire ductwork in this home!!!

The pictures are the best we could take, but you can’t see the conditions we had to work in and climbing around to fix this system. The pile of ductwork picture is what we removed from the home and dumped at the Cobb County Dump!!!😳

We made this poorly installed DAIKAN system run almost as good as a TRANE system! It did run perfect when we got through!!!😎👍🏻🙌🏻

Another MAJOR screw up FIXED by the Brucker HVAC crew!!!! We are the BEST!!!!
