We got all the forms stripped, below grade foundation waterproofed, a ton of gravel around the house and inside too prep for concrete slabs and the back porch slab formed and footers for the porch roof dug. Next 2 week hopefully brings in ground plumbing, another round of inspections and prepping and pouring concrete slabs. We are moving right along!

Walls are poured! It could not have gone any smoother! Next up we brake down all the bracing, get the waterproofing on...

Bracing/walk board system is installed and 3rd row complete. We are ready to move up! Truss company was out today to measure the foundation for the floor/roof trusses. There will be one more round of bracing once we get to our final height and we will be ready to pour after inspection.

Form setting after day 1! Get everything leveled and square, locked it in place with blocking and spray foam. Almost 3 rows complete, the door is layed out along with the windows just need to add 3 or 4 more rows. At this rate we could be pumping the walls with concrete next week!

Footer pour went smooth today! We were able to strip all the forms by the end of the day. Tomorrow we start going up!
