Answers inbound calls
Develop/implement for general operating practices
Train team/subs/vendors on Builder Trend
Work with project manager on project coordination
Place purchase orders with vendors and subs
Create/Invoice/Purchase change orders
Submit RFQ's to subs and vendors
Follow up on RFQ's
Apply for and obtain client permits
Schedule inspections
Create new client binders and folders
Scheduling for dumpsters and pot-a-potties
Print full size blueprints
AR/AP
Quick Book Administration
Payroll & Tax administration
Human Resources Director
W9 & Liability Insurance Coordinator
Lein Waiver Administrator
Marketing - Google, Facebook
Web design and development
Builder Trend Lead Integration
Receipts
Bank deposits
Weekly meetings with Sales manager and Project manager to make sure clients are being Followed up on Properly and the Job Files are advancing in Progress.

This position will also determine which leads are beneficial to the company's growth.

Pay will be determined at time of Job Offer and will be subject to being able to implement the job duties with Minimal Training.

A whole beef offers 20 roast from the shoulders. Up to 4 tied rump roast or Stew Meat.. either 4 boneless sirloin tip roast or 16 sirloin tip steaks.
2 large briskets, 12 to 16 packs of short ribs, soup bones, beef suet, 20 round steaks
At 3/4" steaks
Rib or rib eye 18 to 20 steaks
Porterhouse 12 ( boneless option 2 whole tenderloin ) Tbones 18 to 20 ( boneless option New York Strip)
Sirloin Steaks 18 to 20
2 Flank steaks or more burger
Average beef provides 200 plus pounds of higher level of quality Ground Beef.
Organ meat of tongue, ox tail, heart, and liver
Dog bones which are great for medium and larger dogs to keep their teeth clean.
