This commercial suite got a complete facelift. What started as a worn out space with damaged ceiling tiles, wall repairs, and years of wear is now a clean, updated suite ready for business.

We tackled everything from ceiling grid replacement and drywall repairs to texture, paint, trim, and finish work throughout the space. Projects like this are a reminder of how much a property can change when every detail is given the attention it deserves.

The homeowner wanted to modernize the space by removing the arches and squaring off the openings. The contractor handled the framing and drywall, and we came in to tape, texture, and blend everything together. We also closed off several wall openings as part of the remodel.

It’s always satisfying seeing these older archways transformed into clean, modern openings.

Turned this open wall into a custom office entrance

Customer wanted privacy for his office, so I framed in the opening and installed these custom French doors. Built the frame, installed hinges, cut in all hardware and door handle holes, and got everything fitting clean and smooth.

This one completely changed the look of the space

Took these cabinets all the way to the ceiling by adding custom panels. Cleaned up the look and got rid of that empty space on top. Small detail big difference.

Added new cabinets in the laundry room for extra storage. Clean, functional, and a big improvement overall.
