We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our Company In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our areas of responsibility are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work.
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties.
Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems.
Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems.
Be on-call to respond to emergency issues.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Vocational or trade school certification preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled.
Determine customer concerns with their current HVAC system.
Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance.
Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship.
Current state HVAC technician license (preferred).
Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants (preferred).
Proficient with manual and power tools.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday.
