Alexi Arias your commission is Complete! First let me say there were A LOT of firsts for DSC on this commission and it was an absolute pleasure to work with you on this hilt. A whole lot of custom work went into this hilt more so than any other hilt that DSC has done. From custom emitter, metalwork, wrappings, wire work, etc. you got the full treatment of everything I have ever wanted to try! Thank you for trusting me with this project. Your Story and vision helped so much and I really hope that I have brought it to life for you. So with that I am proud to present to you the 1/1 never to be duplicated, Subject Zertech!

Dune Sea Customs has been hard at work lately! Not only have we been trying some different weathering applications on a few projects (how to corrode aluminum, and weather brass effectively) we completed our first ever crystal chamber! This was a converted extension piece turned into crystal chamber for the Acolyte Hilt. This will allow the blade to be secure, and a drop in PCB Crystal Chamber to be installed.

Some new tools for the shop were purchased to facilitate this, and needless to say we are excited as far as what we are able to offer clients which is… MORE KNOWLEDGE, MORE EXPERIENCE, AND, MORE OPTIONS!

Dune Sea Customs has been hard at work lately fulfilling orders from one of our partners Exegol Outpost through their Acolyte edition. However, I got to work on something truly special today for a client that (I’m going to spill the beans) may become a new offering on Exegol Outpost soon. We may offer two varieties of this hilt a “light” and a “Dark” variant but not 100% sure yet. Stay tuned to Exegols page for the information if and when it comes out.
Dune Sea Customs still is partnered to work on the Acolyte hilts as well as the weathered Darth Revan Hilts for Exegol Outpost.
ALL HILTS done by DSC are hand tooled, wrapped, stained, painted, acid etched, modified, bent, dinged, cut, twisted etc… to the clients liking.
so quick PSA from me to you to make everyone’s life easier. If you know what ya want, what color schemes ideas in your head or even pictures of other hilts you have seen that you want to see incorporated into the Exegol/DSC line let us know when you order in the comments section. That will give me a much better idea of how you want your project to go and will prevent delays.

finished weathered Acolyte Hilts in partnership with Exegol outpost. 2 complete and ready for their new home with 3 more on the way! Dune Sea Customs has partnered with Exegol outpost to provide weathering services for his customers and these two hilts are an example of taking the ordinary and making them into something extraordinary! While the basics are the same for this run, each hilt is its own individual and are all hand weathered and cared for one by one! No mass scale production and no skimping on craftsmanship. As with my private commissions, my dedication to each one of these hilts are is if they were my own!
