Decluttering may look polished online, but it often feels chaotic in real life, and that’s totally normal! Everyone hits bumps in the road, but they’re fixable and manageable. ✨
One big roadblock is decision fatigue. 🚧
Decision fatigue is the mental wear-and-tear that builds up after making many choices. As you make more decisions, your ability to weigh options and exert self-control weakens, so later choices feel harder, take longer, or get avoided altogether.😅
The trick is to make it simple and trick your brain to gain momentum. Focus on one small area (a drawer or a single category), ask, “Does this add value to my life?”🤍
Work in short, timed sprints of 15–30 minutes. Small, steady wins, and it makes decluttering feel doable and sometimes even fun.🩷
