We are seeking skilled and dependable Concrete finishers/ crew leaders to join our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of concrete construction tasks including site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience working with concrete crews, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Ability to lead a job without oversight of management
• Read an interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for accurate ex*****on of task
• Maintain safe and efficient job sites

Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Use of hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and measuring devices efficiently
