Here’s a downstairs bedroom project from start to finish. Homeowner did the hanging and taping and then called in for reinforcements…. I took over and gave them a high quality level 5 finish throughout. This one turned out really nice. On to the next one.

Here’s the final product. I finish to the same quality standard every time, regardless of what the customer is asking for… be that orange peel or knockdown. I wish more folks would choose smooth wall but nevertheless, this one is beautiful.

Well here it is with the final coat done. Had to match some texture on a couple ceiling patches… I think it looks ok for what it is. All the butt joints got a full skim, courtesy of my 4’ skimming blade. Monday she gets hit with a nice tight knockdown throughout. Shame to spray over such nice work but I’m just here to give the customer what they want. Huge thanks to Precision Built Homes for opportunity to be a part of this rehab.

Here she is, taped and first coated. Light sand tomorrow and I’ll start the second coat.

Some progress photos of the garage lid I’m working on. I forgot to take photos after pre-fill, tape, and first coat but here it is after the flush coat. Third coat on the screws, second box on all the flats and butt joints and then a nice skim coat on all the butt joints with a 32” skimming blade, courtesy of . Tomorrow it gets a light sand and then a nice orange peel, at the customer’s request.

Blessed beyond measure to be busy with work on the books…. Here’s another little project I have going on. Phase 2 for a previous customer. Finishing off the rest of the basement with another bedroom, corner closet to conserve space and under the stairs storage room. More pics to follow.
