Just finished up the biggest basement I have done so far coming in at just under 2400 sq ft of finished space. This basement has some 10’ wall heights and some 8’ wall heights. It received a full bathroom, an office, and 2 giant open spaces. 1 of the open spaces got a 10’ long bar/wet bar area, and an 8’ countertop area for the popcorn machine and other goodies. Customer is staining the bar after matching some stain to the original bar pieces from an old upstairs bar. And then once they move everything in downstairs will be carpeting the stairwell.

On to the next basement now.

Finished up this basement in Delaware just in time for Christmas! Added 1300 sq ft of finished living area with a workout area, living area with shiplap fireplace and wetbar, a bedroom, office area, and full bathroom with a full 60” shower! That’s the final job of 2025!! Start up the next basement after the new year! Currently booking for around July timeframe if you’re interested any any home improvement projects!

Just finished up this basement for a customer. About 750sq ft with a full bathroom with tiled floor, and a storage area where we built tote shelves to hold 40 totes. Customers are adding cabinetry/fridge to the wet bar wall.
