I am proud to share that Zachary Silvia, AIA, has officially become a minority owner of DJSA Architecture, PC! With this milestone, Zach is also stepping into his new role as Vice President/Director of Operations. As our client and consulting teams are aware, Zach is involved in everything that passes through this office.

Zach has been with DJSA for the past eight years. I could see the entrepreneurial approach he took from the very beginning. His work ethic, attention to detail, organization, and “can-do” mentality are second to none. He has played a significant role in our growth, culture, and success. From leading operations to guiding projects across hospitality, commercial office, multi-family, and industrial markets, Zach’s impact has been felt across the firm and by our clients.

Zach has been instrumental in shaping the culture and performance of our firm. He has always acted like an “owner”, and I’m so glad to have him by my side leading this firm. His commitment to the firm and to our clients is unwavering. He is a trusted, even-keeled partner, and I couldn’t be more excited to share ownership with him. His new role helps ensure DJSA’s continuity as well as the strategic growth plan we’ve set for the years ahead.

In his new role, Zach will continue to oversee daily operations while helping guide our long-term vision. This transition strengthens our leadership team and positions DJSA to grow while staying true to the values that have defined us since 2004.
