We recently did a small job for delightful couple. Their bathroom walls and ceiling had a lot of damage and they wanted to change out fans and lighting and improve storage. Because of the way the door opened a larger vanity was not an option.
We started with scraping and sanding damaged paint, cleaning walls and ceiling of residual mold/ mildew, filled holes and patched moved fixtures and around fans. Primed all with kilz2 and painted walls and ceilings Sherwin-Williams City Loft in satin finish. Disclaimer: we were not the ones that got paint on door trim.
Josh Harris at JH Electrical Service moved a frog light fixture to allow for above mirror lighting. Clients found light fixture on marketplace. We patched the hole where the frog light was.
We found a cabinet (on marketplace) to coordinate with vanity and cut down to size to fit behind the door, replaced medicine cabinet with mirror (also a marketplace find) and replaced the bottom of both the bathroom vanity (someone just cut a big hole in bottom) and under kitchen sink. All under budget so we prepped and painted basement stairwell walls and added base trim!
We love improving the appearance and function of space and working with existing and available items to save time and $. Most of all, we appreciate knowing we checked all the boxes ❤️
