Lake Leota Garage + Shop — Final Reveal 🚧✨

Just in time for the holidays, the wrap comes off—and we couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out. At nearly 1,000 sq ft, this garage + shop is a dream setup for any car enthusiast or craft maker.

The single-slope roof was designed as a direct nod to the home’s mid-century style, with rooflines carefully matched to ensure a seamless connection between the existing house and the new shop. Finished with ample lighting, epoxy flooring, a modern garage door and entry, and clean, contemporary detailing, this space really pops.

Lake Leota Garage + Shop Update 🚧✨

Progress is moving right along!

Footings have been poured

Stem walls formed, string-lined, and poured

Footing drains + gutter tight line connected

Backfill, grading, and slab prep with rebar mat complete

Slab poured and beautifully finished by the flatwork crew đź‘Š

Next up: lumber drop and framing this beauty begins next week!
