4 was definitely the number on this job 😅

Customer is in the middle of selling his house and the clock was ticking. Like a lot of people during a move, things got pushed off till the last minute and suddenly it turned into “I need this handled NOW.”

He called around.
No answers.
People wanting endless pictures.
Companies not wanting to come look in person.
And worst of all… not knowing who he could actually trust inside the house while he couldn’t be there watching every move.

Here’s the deal… this customer called and called and called trying to get somebody out there, but nobody would answer the phone until they called All About Junk Removal.

Their fence was starting to fall over, the sidewalk was popping up from tree roots pushing underneath it, and they were stuck in a tough spot. They needed the concrete removed, but they didn’t want the fence torn out with it.

To make things even trickier, we had a super tight working space along one side of the fence, and on the other side there was concrete that needed to stay in place. So this wasn’t just a “smash everything and go” type of job. This one took precision. 💪

So we came in with a game plan:

✅ Cut everything clean
✅ Broke up only what we needed to
✅ Carefully grappled the rest out into our 13-yard dumpster
✅ Protected the fence and surrounding concrete
✅ Left the area nice and cleaned up

End result?
Dangerous lifted concrete is gone, the fence is still standing, and the customer finally got somebody to actually show up and handle the problem. 👊

Now… does that fence still need replaced? Definitely 😂
But we got the concrete handled without taking the whole thing down with it.
