I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how many people want to become a little more self-sufficient, but don’t want to go extreme or feel overwhelmed.
Not everyone has 40 acres, a tractor, livestock, or years of gardening experience.
Some people just want to:
• Grow a little food
• Build a better pantry
• Learn basic home skills
• Lower monthly dependence
• Be more prepared for life’s surprises
• Feel more capable and less stressed
So I put together a short beginner-friendly guide called Simple Self-Sufficiency for Regular People.
It’s practical, simple, and written for people who want to start right where they are.
And for those who are interested in going deeper, I’m also working on a more extensive guide focused on serious off-grid and homestead living — things like land, water, food systems, energy, shelter, tools, and long-term planning.
But this first guide is the simple starting point.
