Finished another beautiful kitchen in a record time just in time to host an important family event.

This project has a character and rightfully so. It’s located in a barn just outside the Burbank and blends together farmhouse practicality and modern touches.

This kitchen features espresso stained island (almost black stained maple) and designer white shaker perimeter as a neutral backdrop.

Please be advised that recently announced tariffs will take effect beginning October 14, 2025, resulting in a 25% price increase on affected imported goods, with an additional 25% increase expected by the end of the year.

Implementation timelines may vary among manufacturers, depending on existing inventory levels. We are also observing that some local manufacturers are adjusting their prices in response to these market changes.

Working on the powder room that is moody and “not boring” according to my customer’s brief. This made me look for non-standard solutions like accents on stone, wallpapers, wall texturing etc.
