This customer had a bunch of drainage issues. We exposed 5 catch basins that were buried under feet of millings (don't let the solid manhole covers fool you. These are catch basins that another contactor got lazy with). We got them draining correctly, and did a rough grade on about a 15 acre footprint. We aren't slowing down!

Thrilled to do a little underground job today. This was supposed to be a storm sewer fix. Our experience told us that there was something else wrong. Upon opening up the storm, we discovered exactly what we had diagnosed. A leaky water main under the storm. Fixed with no issues. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for the help from a few good friends! Great day!

Some of today's fun. Storm sewer was laid directly on the water main, and laid at an incorrect angle, which in turn made the first joint fail. And in this case actually helped the water main leak water into the Storm sewer(failed joint) and out to The River letting the city leak un metered water out to the river for years probably.. updates on the fix coming if we get that portion of this work.

Just checking in.. buried some schedule 35 to tie the downspouts to the ditch. Then prep for the brick paving Crew. Spread, and Harley raked the topsoil in the front yard

This morning at 6:52, a contractor called me to let me know that he needed a dumpster because another company had failed to provide one. By 8 a.m., he had one in St. Clair Shores.
