Here is a deck that we were able to build for a customer in Wi******er. We were able to remove and dispose of the old deck, and build a new much sturdier version with a change in staircase direction.

Hello, my name is Shawn Dore, I am the owner/operator of MadCo Residential Service. MadCo Residential Service is a part of MadCo Enterprises LLC, we are based out of Madison County, KY. This is mostly a one man show currently, with hopes to grow a client base and reputable name for future growth opportunities.

The goal in starting MadCo Residential Service was to offer the services that many other contractors and service providers will not (I.E. furniture assembly, light fixture changes, gutter cleaning, lawn care etc). We are not afraid to lend a hand for the large or small jobs. As a grandson I have seen my grandparents struggle to maintain their home/property as old age has crept up on them. I want to be able to help people like my grandparents as well as others within our community with the many tasks that maybe they aren't capable of completing, or simply don't have the time to tend to.

I am a father of three beautiful children pictured below along with my beautiful fiancé Maggie. We have been blessed with such a wonderful start to our lives and with starting this business I believe we are on the right path to another great chapter of life.
