TLDR we can not handle the amount of telemarketers who call us and are trying out an AI answering service in the hopes that we can better connect with ACTUAL PEOPLE who are looking to get work done on their homes! We are open to feedback if the robot that answers the phone isn't up to s***f, but we need something to help with navigating call volume and sorting out the bu****it.

I have been in business for over 12 years and somehow never thought to seek out a trade organization related to one of the main things we do at Karnage- glazing / glass work. Well I finally stumbled across the National Glass Association while researching training and continuing education opportunities for our employees. Sure wish I had done that sooner. I can't wait for them to get the barbie style Glazier stickers back in stock!! But seriously, never stop researching, never stop expanding, never stop learning. Sometimes we just have to poke around on the internet to find really simple solutions to problems. Look beyond yourself! Profitable Tradie
