For most homeowners, the entire process can feel overwhelming.
That’s one of the reasons we’ve spent the last several weeks investing heavily into continuing education, training, and professional development. From AI and branding education to multiple insurance restoration seminars and industry trainings, we’ve been focused on improving every part of how we serve our customers.
This week, we had the opportunity to attend the Insurance Restoration Masterclass hosted by Chad Michael Media “The Practitioner” in Malvern, PA through CertainTeed, followed by additional insurance restoration training in Washington DC.
For those familiar with the insurance restoration industry, Chad Michael is well known for his expertise in inspections, supplements, restoration strategy, documentation, and helping contractors better understand the insurance claim process from start to finish.
One thing that stood out throughout these trainings was this:
Homeowners don’t just need a contractor.
They need guidance.
They need communication.
They need someone who understands the process and can help navigate it professionally.
