3 stories of Certainteed Pacific Blue Board & Batten siding for this beautiful passive solar home out Francestown. New windows with Sable Brown trim, 2 huge sliders, new doors, gutters all around, custom window awnings, firewood shoot and losts of deck repairs. What a difference!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
Comments: Ackerman Exteriors replaced the 45-year-old wood siding on a custom rural house, built in 1980, with vinyl siding. Included in the job were some window and door replacements, gutter installs, and other improvements to the house to address issues I had made note of over a decade of ownership. The guys did great work. The house is immeasurably better in every way, and the updates proved their worth this winter. During the lead-up and during the work, they listened to concerns and ideas, and made actionable proposals in response. After the project was finished, they followed up to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. There were schedule slippages and material delivery delays, which is all par for the course, especially in 2025. They were communicative about the delays, and able to reorder the work accordingly. It was a big project and they handled it well. I would give Ackerman Exteriors my highest recommendation.

Our friends in Bennington were looking into repairing their existing siding, leaks and repainting. After discussing options and receiving a quote from Ackerman Exteriors, they decided new siding wasn't just necessary, it was actually really affordable when compared to the paint/repair costs. Blue/gray Dutch lap siding. AE went the extra mile and refinished and clean up all the existing windows. A quality complete finished product is more important to us than just price per square.

This little red cottage on highland lake, in Washington NH, has been in our customers family for decades. They really wanted to update the outside and preserve it for the next generation. Lifetime shingles, Autumn red siding, new windows. Gutters and copper flashing was added to the deck to keep the sub frame dry.
