⚓ Anchor Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring!

📅 Schedule:
🕒 First 30 days: Part-time, Mon 7:45–2 / Tue–Thu 7:45–12 (19 hrs/wk)
🕒 Second 30 days: Part-time, Mon–Thu 7:50–2 (25 hrs/wk)
🕒 Full-time once trained: Mon–Thu: 7:45–5 (37 hrs/wk)
🕒 Scheduled days off: Fri–Sun

💼 Responsibilities:
✅ Schedule and dispatch HVAC & plumbing service calls
✅ Coordinate technicians’ daily routes & appointments
✅ Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer care
✅ Make cold calls to follow up with customers & generate service opportunities
✅ Run and track productivity reports
✅ Prioritize emergency calls and adjust schedules
✅ Maintain accurate job records in dispatch software
✅ Stock & order office supplies
✅ Light office cleaning & organization
✅ Support technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly

🎯 Qualifications:
⭐ Strong organizational & multitasking skills
⭐ Excellent phone & customer service skills
⭐ HVAC and/or plumbing office experience preferred
⭐ Ability to multitask
⭐ Basic computer & scheduling software experience
