TRAFFIC ALERT: CLAY/JACKSON COUNTIES - The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the northbound U.S. 169 viaduct bridge over the BSNF railroad located just north of the Buck O’Neil Bridge and the downtown airport beginning TODAY, Tuesday, Dec. 16. Happy to have completed this project for the City of Parkville, MO!

The downtown parking lot is officially back open. Our crews worked hard this week to make sure the lot and the street were ready in time for the weekend. Whether you have dinner reservations, are planning to browse the downtown shops, or want to enjoy our parks and trails, the main lots are open and ready for visitors.

There is still a little work left to wrap up next week, so you may notice cones and construction materials along the edges of the lot. Crews will be completing final touch-ups, but this won’t affect access to the main parking areas. We appreciate everyone staying mindful of the work zones while the project is being completed.

Thank you for your patience and support throughout the project. We hope you enjoy a great weekend in downtown Parkville!
