All this recent wind has helped uncover many issues. Some are immediate but some creep up over time. If you’re starting to see water spots in your ceiling, it could be cause by worn out and stretched vent boots and flashing that expose gaps after the wind and extreme temperature changes. Believe it or not the 2 side by side were once the same size. Quick trip up on the roof and the leak can often be easily remedied for less than you might think
