All nails and screws removed and cleaned off
We will put 2 new supports in Monday and reinstall new deck boards

Almost all of the deck boards are done on the one side.
We will finish the front tomorrow and start the demo on the side deck as well

Started a decent size deck job today
Deck dropped almost 3 inches so we had to jack it up and install new supports and replace the existing supports with longer new ones
Ripped off the old deck boards and replaced with new. One side is complete so they can go in and out of the house for the night.
We will continue the deck tomorrow

Widows have been cased out and finished
Gutter has been installed as well to divert water

Tomorrow we will vinyl side it and finish the inside with some Sheetrock and trim

On the agenda today was some rot repair
Removed rotted sill plates and rotted wall
that had been leaking for a while now
Installed new sill plate and outside joist
Replaced end section of floor with new plywood
Framed in a new wall and replaced the three storm windows that were old with 2 new vinyl windows( not in yet but framed out for them)
Sheathed exterior part of wall to make water tight
