Wish I would have gotten some pictures of before. This 3 season room had a fire sadly. It got some fresh framing with some flame retardant paint for wood, new electrical ran throughout, fresh insulation and drywall. The ceiling will be finished with a tin and stipple on top of that.

Bathroom ceiling came down as it was double layered and on the verge of falling with years of moisture damage. Got leveled out with fresh framing and added a bath fan with proper venting.
