Through our partnership with The Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association ’s NYS Registered Apprenticeship Program, Oxford Services is investing in hands-on training and long-term careers in .

Caroline Motsay joined our team in January and has been learning alongside our experienced professionals while applying her classroom knowledge in the field. She’s already made a strong impact, and we’re proud to have her on the team through this program.

We also sat down with Buckingham Properties Senior Director of Facilities, Alex Gales, who shared his perspective on the partnership and the value it brings from a client standpoint.
