In this interview, we hear from Justin Lenk with Coldwell Banker Realty Rochester MN.
I met Justin through our networking group that meets on Wednesdays, and what started as a professional connection quickly grew into a genuine friendship. Some people you meet and you can tell right away that they are the real deal, and Justin is one of those people. From the very beginning, it was clear that he leads with care in everything he does, both in how he treats the people around him and in how he shows up for his clients.
What stands out most about Justin is how much he genuinely cares. In an industry that can move fast and become transactional, he does the opposite. He takes the time to truly understand what his clients need, listens to their goals, and puts their best interests first through every step of the process. That level of authenticity and dedication is exactly what sets him apart in his field. He is not just going through the motions or chasing the next deal. He truly wants the best for the people he works with, and it shows in the relationships he builds.
Justin has been one of the people who has watched me grow over this past year, both as a person and as a business owner, and having someone like him in my corner has meant a lot. Your network is a reflection of who you are, and being around professionals like Justin, people who do things the right way and lead with integrity, pushes me to hold myself to that same standard.
