This project was for a ranch in Bayport, NY. It started off as a replacement of its original cedar shingles, but the home owner decided it was a good opportunity to make more exterior cosmetic changes. We added an eyebrow dormer to the attic, an arched entry portico to match, and helped pick out the finishes. Little changes can make a big impact on your curb appeal.

Interior renovation and second story primary suite addition in Commack, NY. On the first floor we created a luxurious kitchen, separated from the dining room by a butlers pantry and wet bar.
On the second floor we designed a primary suite, with a large ensuite bathroom and 2 walk in closets. We were also able to create 3 equal sized secondary bedrooms that can be used for kids rooms or as office spaces.

Interior Rennovation in West Babylon, NY. We relocated the primary bedroom to the other side of this ranch and added a master bathroo. This opened up more space for the kitchen and secondary bedrooms, while also creating more privacy between the master suite and rest of the house.
