In our Women Behind the Mission series, we’re celebrating the people who help move NIKA’s mission forward every day. Caroline’s story is a reminder that growth often begins when we step into opportunities that challenge us.

Her advice to women entering the workforce is simple: seek out the assignments that push you to grow and embrace the chance to prove what you’re capable of.
