A roof inspection is not just about looking for missing shingles.

On this inspection, we found several installation details that could lead to leaks, including:

✅ Porch roof butted into the main roof drip edge
✅ Open ridge cut with no proper ridge vent installed
✅ Ridge caps sagging into the open slot
✅ Shingles overlapped instead of properly cut and tied in
