UPDATE!!

Hank's sent over a technician on May 5th to repair the sofa. The guy said he had the parts and pretty much disassembled the sofa. When he was done, it looked brand new again. Even the elwctric recliners worked. I thought I would be happy, but I was even more pi**ed.
They had a guy who could have repaired the sofa all along and decided to keep screwing me around for over a year. I don't know if he's the only repair guy for Hank's, but he did an excellent job and deserves to work for a better company.

This is the story of our couch. We paid $1800 at Hank's Fine Furniture for it, ($4000 for all 3 pieces). Within 8 months, the center of the couch caved in. Upon inspection, it was found that 2 pieces of wood were not secured to the frame. While certainly not the fault of Hank's, they refused to standby thier warranty and the manufacturer refused to stand by theirs (supposedly). Megan, who deals with the problems, has had us email her documents no less than 3 times, claiming she never got them. After admitting she received them, 11/06/08, she said she would send it to the manufacturer and get it taken care of. Several calls and visits to the store later, We haven't heard back from her, as of today, 1/06/2018.
