Rainbow Grape Salad!
Delicious and refreshing…and so easy to make!

2 bunches of grapes (green and red is my fave)
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup crumbled pecans (optional)

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, 1/2 the brown sugar, and vanilla (if possible, an hour or two ahead of time so flavors develop). Stir in washed grapes and chill. When ready to serve, sprinkle remaining brown sugar (and pecan crumbles) on top and serve cold!

📌Check out our 5 Minute "Monte Cristo" Cranberry Pinwheels!
Get that Monte Cristo vibe with this fun spin on the traditional recipe. Even better, you can make these in just five minutes! I use our homemade Silly Goose Classy Cran cranberry sauce for an amazing pop of flavor!

5 Minute "Monte Cristo" Cranberry Pinwheels

📝Here's what you need:

• Flour tortillas (recommend large)
• Thinly sliced ham
• Thinly sliced turkey
• Dijon Mustard
• Swiss cheese (baby swiss or thinly sliced swiss works best)
• Cranberry sauce

✏️Instructions
Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard to your tortillas. Add your layers of ham and turkey evenly across the full tortilla.
Add your layer of cheese - best to put two slices down the middle if you aren't covering the full tortilla so you have some cheese in every pinwheel. Spread a thin layer of your cranberry sauce on top. Working from the side roll your tortilla up tightly. Slice in 1" pieces and serve cold.

🔸Silly Goose Tips
• Serve with a small bowl of extra sauce on the side for dipping!
• Your toppings can slide as you roll. Be sure to have a good grip as you roll but I usually leave about a 1/2-1" space on end of the tortilla on the side I'm rolling to so that I don't have meat and cheese hanging out the sides when I'm done.
• If you want to load up on the layers for larger pinwheels, recommend using a decorative bamboo pick for serving to hold them together.

🍓Strawberry season is upon us! This calls for our refreshing Summer Strawberry Salad🍓

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 large cucumbers or English cucumber, thinly sliced
- Strawberries thinly sliced (about 1lb/standard container)
- 6oz sliced mozzarella cheese or Feta cheese
Dressing:
- 1/3c Olive oil
- 1/3c Red Wine Vinegar
- 1tbsp minced garlic
- 1tbsp fresh minced oregano (1tsp if dry)
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/4tsp pepper

Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together so flavors develop. Slice vegetables and cheese, toss together in dressing and serve cold!
Flavors will continue to develop and make great leftover!
