"A diamond in the rough" is a phrase we often use within our company because we come across alot of floors that customers often ask if it's possible to sand or that other contractors tell them it's not even worth touching and needs covered. We enjoy taking on these challenges and restoring original floors to their former glory, and this is a great example! A small kitchen renovation with original pine floors for an awesome family. Was sealed with an alcohol base to give it that rich amber look to match the rest of the home, and top coated with greenstar for perfect protection and a beautiful sheen.

From LITERALLY black and no character to a beautiful character hickory. Believe it or not, this was a hardwood refinish job 🤯. It was a prefinished floor that the customer had installed not too long ago and just didn't like the color so we sanded it down, got rid of the ugly bevels and also installed custom flush mount vents to match!
Floor was finished with
Greenstar!

Before/afters of a pine floor (Not original sadly 😢) in a mid 1700s home! There were to walls and a door way that divided this room that were torn out so we put a 9" transition in the middle of the floor to cover where the walls were. Was a challenging project but came out clean! We used special walnut stain and then finished with traffic HD!
