Finishing up this stunning house. It has been our pleasure to build this beautiful home. We were told that this house has been planned out and dreamed of for 30 years and we delivered! Check this 3,200 sq/ft piece of heaven out. It is a split 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath that features an open concept with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has an addition bed and bath and a game/media room. This house also features large gorgeous porches to sit on a relax and enjoy the breeze. Attached to the garage, is a pool bath and a pool kitchen that has a large patio walking right up to the inground swimming pool. The detail in trim, the wainscoting, the wood accents, the custom showers, the harringbone brick porch, the brick sidewalks, the composite white siding and black trim/roof are simply perfection! Love this house! Thank You Rob and Laura Candau for allowing us to build your dream home!

Another house almost complete. We lack a concrete driveway and sidewalk, and a set of steps on the front of the house. BUT look how amazing this house is. The Polar White side walls and the Regal Blue metal roof is perfect for this Lake House. The details on the inside is exactly what the homeowners wanted. The custom tile showers 😍, the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen 😍, the butcher block countertop 😍, the outdoor kitchen 😍, and the huge matching shop 😍 are fantastic! Thank you RC and Caroline Fason for allowing us to build your dream Lake House.

Check out this beauty. This house is easily one of my favorites not only for its uniqueness but also for the amazing owners we got the chance to work for. This huge, open concept living room and kitchen are dreamy. The coziness of the indoor AND outdoor fireplaces. The tile in the kitchen and bathrooms 👀. Every interior door is not only an antique but some even have some personal history; including an Egyptian door (Terry’s favorite). Everything is perfect from the antique bronze door k***s to the fully functional swinging cedar shutters! Scott and Jonna, thank you for this experience and the opportunity to build your dream farmhouse!
