Hope everyone having a some great holidays so far! We wrapped up this bathroom remodel just in time for Christmas and absolutely love how it turned out! This involved all brand new materials throughout (except for the toilet which was newer and able to be re-installed with a fresh wax ring & supply line) Every component in here was installed square, and on the level - no details left unconsidered. Removing the soffit allowed for some much desired head room above the shower and makes the entire room feel larger, especially when contrasted by the patterned floor tiles. This acrylic surround even came with a built in niche offering more organization in the shower without having to modify any existing framing which was a super cool option. Huge shout out to our customer Jill for selecting some great finishings that really pulled this bathroom together, everything from the big pieces to the small ones! We hope you enjoy this bathroom for years to come.

Perfect time of the year to enjoy a completely custom designed built-in electric fireplace, with a custom hand crafted mantle and TV niche built to spec. This is a great way to add function and value to living and bedroom areas as well as a great way to keep a house warm when a traditional fireplace is not an option! We want to build more of these ASAP!

This Kitchen had water damage stemming from a drain pipe assembly for the 2nd floor master bathroom. (see attached progress photos) The glue on the PVC joint had failed and allowed the drain pipe to separate, leaking onto the top plate of the exposed wall in the photo, as well as into the Utility / HVAC closet on the other side of this wall. Fortunately the cabinets were not damaged from this event, however in order to access the pipe that needed repair (it was hidden in the wall behind / above the Furnace!) the complete disassembly of the Water Heater, Water Softener, and a full replacement of the compromised Furnace was required to bring this home back to pre-loss condition.

This homeowner filed a claim with his insurance after he noticed some water damage on the interior ceiling after a large storm. After the “inspection” from the insurance adjuster this homeowner was told that there was 🚫 no damage to the roof… even though water damage was manifesting on the ceiling below it 🤷‍♂️ However, thanks to our knowledgeable staff this homeowner not only got all of his interior repairs covered ✅, but also an entirely brand new roof! ✅ all paid for and covered by the insurance policy 😎 ALWAYS make sure to consult with an industry professional when dealing with insurance claims and water damage inspections!

This involved a bathroom that was flooded by a broken / leaking toilet. The tile flooring throughout the continuous areas were suspected of containing asbestos and were lab-tested, found to be positive, and subsequently safely and professionally remediated by our licensed crew! The owners then used the opportunity to update the shower 🚿 and went with luxury vinyl laminate plank flooring throughout.

This was initially denied by insurance but has since been approved thanks to the extra effort and knowledge of our staff. A failed drain pipe was leaking into the concrete slab of the home and required removal and replacement inside of the slab in order to make the repair. This caused some damage to the continuous parquet flooring. After re-insulating the exterior wall and resetting the cabinets we are now ready for the floors to be repaired & refinished, and countertop measurements!

This full Kitchen Remodel was a lot of fun and was part of a full condo remodel. This involved everything new from top to bottom, starting with the removal of the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining area. This allowed for the beautiful quartz counter top to extend into the dining area for additional seating, while simultaneously giving the kitchen a large and more open feel. (Part of the wall and framing was preserved in order to allow a chase cavity for the necessary plumbing that was share between units.) LED downlights on the mosaic backsplash, recessed LED lighting in the ceiling, premium cabinets with crown molding, new flooring and trim throughout, as well as brand new appliances... we love how this turned out!
