Recently, I was given an amazing opportunity to do what I love and I was hired as a pastry chef! I have been loving the people, the environment and the opportunity. Hey, I’ve missed you guys! Life has been so busy so I’ve been baking when I can! Here is some recent bakes! I’ve been supplying sourdough and baked goods for Rustic Harvest Farmstead in Corning, CA and I also got an amazing pastry chef job (details coming soon)!
