Large fence projects are harder to complete in the rainy season. The ground can get so saturated it’s like walking in melted marshmallows, not to mention the potential damage it can do to the yard.

In between rain showers, Fitz decided to improve our gates and show off this board on board style with a cap. It’s composed of overlapping boards so no gaps between pickets giving full privacy within the yard.

It’s okay if you went with someone else we will still help.

This is what I nicknamed a “puppy picket”. When a fence is built the ground is almost never level, so the contractor has a choice to make: a) build to the low spot and dig the high areas out to match b) build to the high spot and leave a gap in the low areas. We go with “A” it’s more work, but we don’t leave gaps. If you hire another contractor or you move in and there is a gap, then we can help! We will install a wood barrier across each section to hide the gap, look esthetically pleasing, and keep creatures contained on their side of the fence.

Local HOA had a small bridge that soil settlement caused to disassemble. Fitz was able to repair it quicly for a very competive price.

Does your yard hold water along the fence line? The portion of the fence you see above ground could be in great shape. The bottom of the posts incased in concrete are protected, thus also in great shape. Did you know that your fence post can still fail? The unprotected area at ground level can rot prematurely when it is consistently submerged in water. Fitz found a solution! He water seals the bottom portion of the post. Fencing is a big investment, and we want our work to last. We take pride in what we do and our warranty reflects it.
