Another amazing transformation on Lake Owasso!
This project started with some structural corrections — we reframed portions of the home before moving on to the exterior upgrades.

From there, our team:

• Framed a brand-new deck
• Installed TimberTech composite decking
• Oversaw the installation of a custom railing system
• Added a custom cedar pergola
• Installed a cedar privacy wall with a built-in TV
• Added infrared heaters for all-season comfort
• Installed custom exterior lighting
• Used the existing decking for the deck skirt
The result is a luxury lakeside space built for year-round enjoyment.
