Brand new roof, contractor decided to be cheap and put an Ace Hardware pipe boot on a new roof. Installed incorrectly I might add. This thing would leak as soon as the wind blowed.

Just some of the things you don’t really think about it because it’s new. That’s why I inspect other people‘s work. We are not created equal in this industry.
