This deck is turning out beautifully. The old decking was removed, we reinforced the existing framing, installed new flashing, rubber coated the framing, installed and stained new kiln dried 2x6 lumber all in 6 days. We will be building and installing new benches, stairs, and trim next week.

This custom built, green egg grill cabinet is a great accessory to the patio. Early next week we will be installing some nice hardscapes to compliment the new builds. Once the pressure treated wood has dried out, it will receive a couple of coats of stain.
