Happy Friday 😊
Wanted to share a few before and after pics of the deck project I just wrapped up!
This was a fun one, two tier deck with a 12'x12' free standing awning. Upon demo of old deck found some surprises.
Ended up changing out some water damaged T1-11, 12' of water damaged rim joist and installing a new slider. Water damage was all due to improper installation of the original deck ledger.
All is better now and this build turned out fantastic.
Shout out to another set of amazing clients. Its always a pleasure to meet and work with new and great people.

Good morning all.
Hope everyone is having a great start to the week!
I wanted to share a pic of my current project. Two tier ground level deck with a free-standing awning over upper section. Shooting to complete framing @ lower section today.

Good morning all!
Happy Monday.
Off to start more footings and framing for a two tier covered deck this morning. Uncovered some water damage upon demo of old deck last week. Had to change out some siding, a section of rim joist and a slider door.
Good times! I'll share some pics upon completion.
I got a little lumber to sort today!

Its been a while since I have posted.
Been super busy to say the least.
Im breaking ground on a nice little deck and awning project tomorrow.

Fun little home project today, I had wire rabbit fence up for years to keep the doggos out of the trailer/shed area. Tripped on that stuff countless times stepping over it and actually took a hard fall once because of it, also caused my son to bite the dust one time! Anyway, finally built a little cedar fence with a gate using mostly reclaimed wood from my old fence. Had to buy a couple 2x4's and gate hardware.. Good times!
