My favorite dinner lately: brown ground turkey (or beef) in a little vegetable oil and sesame oil (roughly 1 tbsp total). Add 1/2 cup coconut aminos and 2tbsp rice wine vinegar. Throw in a bag (or 2!🥰) of frozen broccoli. Cover to steam broccoli. Meanwhile, cook brown rice (I use the 3 qt micro cooker). Add rice to the meat and broccoli. Dinner done! 🎉

Real life moment… I took a few weeks off from parties. 😅
Life got busy, I got in my head, and honestly just paused.

But I miss the fun, the easy meals, and the extra income—so I’m back at it.

I did not start this business thinking I’d still be here 25 years later.

I just wanted to learn how to cook.

Tonight’s dinner = quick, not fancy, and everyone ate 🙌

When I started this, I literally had a whisk that bent making pancake batter 🙈

I didn’t know how to cook. I was single. I just wanted to learn.

Now… 25 years later…
✔️ kitchen full of tools I actually use
✔️ extra income
✔️ confidence I never expected

And somehow I built it while becoming a wife, mom of 2, and was a full-time teacher.

Wild when I think about it.
