Sometimes plumbing problems are uncovered unexpectedly — and acting quickly can make all the difference.

After a pest inspection revealed leaking pipes beneath this West Sacramento home, the homeowner reached out for help. What we found was aging galvanized plumbing and active leaks in the crawlspace that needed a comprehensive solution.

By replacing the failing lines and upgrading the home’s water service and shut-off access, the entire system was modernized for long-term reliability and peace of mind.

Three days, one home, and a whole lot accomplished! 🏠🔧

We’re back with the final walkthrough of our special project at my parents’ home in Brea.

What began as a planned shed repair became a much larger rebuild after we opened the walls and discovered additional termite damage. Our crew replaced damaged framing and completed the shed repairs—but we didn’t stop there!

We also:

• Upgraded the irrigation system
• Added a new hose spigot
• Installed a timed drip system for the garden
• Rerouted a leaking condensate line
• Added recessed lighting
• Updated a ceiling fan
• Repaired a leaking toilet and broken outlet
• Freshened up kitchen and bathtub caulking
