Here’s my simple steak cooking hack for infusing rosemary flavor into a grilled or pan seared steak without the chopped woody stems or pine needle like leaves of a rosemary sprig.
When grilling or pan searing a steak, place a sprig of rosemary right on top of the steak while it cooks. The heat releases that wonderful rosemary flavor and aroma. Infusing the steak with that beautiful aromatic flavor.
If you try this tip, let me know what you think. Save it for your next steak night, share with someone loves cooking and follow along for more cooking tips, hacks, and recipes.

2. Your favorite seasonings. I used Montreal Steak Seasoning
3. 1 sprig of rosemary for each steak.

Method
Season both sides of room temperature steaks. Place on hot grill. Place sprig of rosemary on each steak. Let steak grill. Don’t touch it. Just let it cook on one till it’s browned. Flip steak. Remember to place rosemary sprigs on the other side. Grill until steak has reached your desired doneness. Remove from heat and allow to rest covered for ten minutes. Enjoy
