ly low rate, ask for final cost or a ball park range if the work to be done is unclear. If you don't get a reasonable explanation of charges call some one else. If a service technician arrives in an unmarked vehicle check his license. Before letting a locksmith do any work confirm your quote, if it differs from what you were told on the phone send the shyster away. If your locked out and a tech wants to drill the lock out right away you may be set up for an expensive lock replacement. Reputable locksmiths can open most any door or car without any damage for $60 to $85. If you don't get a reciept get the license number of the vehicle, the tech's drivers license and locksmith license and report them to the Police. Don't go for any bait and switch tactics, if you become a victim call the Police.
